Machine Party has Arcade mode plus its standard game flow. Arcade is the shorter option: 10 random simulations with random rounds and no intro or outro. Choose the standard flow for the complete presentation; choose Arcade for faster replays.

The complete game has 15 minigames, while one Arcade session has 10 simulation slots. The update does not state that those 10 are unique or that a single Arcade run can show the entire roster.

WHAT ARCADE
CHANGES.
What stays separate from the mode choice
Arcade mode does not raise the official 2–4-player limit and does not add public matchmaking. Since v2.0, the Local menu can launch Original, Custom, or Arcade sessions for couch co-op; mode selection still does not create solo play or raise the player cap.
- Need more players? Read the multiplayer guide; Arcade is not an eight-player mode.
- Need public lobbies? The developers do not plan to support them in the base game.
- Need every minigame documented? Follow the verified minigame index.
- Need future feature status? Use the dated roadmap tracker.
04 / FAST ANSWERS
COMMON QUESTIONS
What modes does Machine Party have?
The only separately named mode confirmed in the reviewed official update history is Arcade mode. The game also retains its regular or standard flow; “standard game flow” is our descriptive label, not an official mode title.
What is Machine Party Arcade mode?
Arcade mode is a fast format added in v1.5. It selects 10 random simulations, randomizes the rounds, and removes the intro and outro segments.
Does Arcade mode include every minigame?
The developers say the complete game has 15 minigames, while Arcade uses 10 simulation slots. They do not promise that every minigame appears in one Arcade session.
Which mode should beginners choose?
Our editorial recommendation is to use the standard game flow for the first complete session, then use Arcade when the group wants a faster replay. This recommendation is not an official developer rule.
Does Arcade mode support more than four players?
No official source says that it does. Machine Party's official player count remains 2–4.
